The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania on behalf of the Department of Labor and Industry (DLI), Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR), Commonwealth Technical Institute (CTI) located at the Hiram G Andrews Center 727 Goucher Street, Johnstown, PA 15905 is issuing this solicitation for an Adjunct Instructor to oversee Business Enterprise Program (BEP) training at CTI.

The Randolph-Sheppard Business Enterprise Program (BEP) helps individuals who are blind to operate their own food service businesses in commercial, industrial, or governmental locations. The BEP program allows for priority for a blind licensee to operate at most federal and state locations.

The term of the contract will be 2 years with three single year renewals.
