The City of Leesburg desires to secure the services of a qualified Florida-licensed Certified General Contractor to provide all necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, and incidentals to install a new sewer collection vault box, along with the construction of two new manholes, and the complete installation of all associated piping.
