Solicitation Summary
The Board of Education of St. Mary’s County (the Board) on behalf of St. Mary’s County Public Schools (SMCPS) and the Department of Maintenance are requesting sealed bids from experienced and qualified Contractors to repair and install brick and block mortar, replace damaged/missing brick/block, refurbish lintels, replace damaged lintels, remove and install vertical/horizontal caulking, remove and install caulking at the building sidewalk water cut offs, remove and install caulking at sidewalk joints from the sidewalks to the curb gutters, and remove and install caulking around doors and windows throughout the SMCPS school system.
