A Virtual Pre-Proposal Conference (Non-Mandatory) will be held on September 11, 2026, at 11:00 AM EST .  You must be registered as a vendor in OpenGov to access the Microsoft Teams meeting link, or contact the buyer, Sandra Grello at SGrello@Frederickcountymd.gov. Additionally, you may call 1-667-217-6643, phone conference ID 990 715 749# and you will be conferenced in.

Due Date: September 29, 2026, by 2:00 PM EST. Proposals must be submitted electronically via OpenGov.
Proposals will be opened virtually via Microsoft Teams.  No late proposals will be accepted.
