Description:
The National Research Council Canada (NRC) requires a fully automated computer controlled elemental analyzer capable of simultaneously and quantitatively determining elements Carbon (C), Hydrogen (H), Nitrogen (N), Oxygen (O) and Sulfur (S) in wide analysis of inorganic substances in the parts per million range (ppm).
All the deliverables must be received on or before 5 months after contract award.
