The proposed contract action involves a firm-fixed-price arrangement. The primary objective of the project is to establish an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Design-Build Construction services, encompassing both horizontal and vertical construction. The scope of the projects includes new construction and renovations for humanitarian assistance and institutional facilities, such as district hospitals, rural clinics, primary and secondary schools, disaster shelters, emergency operation centers, storage warehouses, water wells, bridges, and road work. Anticipated project costs will range from $250,000 to $2.5 million USD.
