RFP: WP083801 Sheridan Park Bluff Stability

The Milwaukee County Department of Parks, Recreation and Culture and Administrative Services are requesting proposals to provide professional engineering services to advance design work to remedy bluff and shoreline erosion at Sheridan Park in Cudahy. The selected Consultant will lead technical investigations, alternatives analyses, and design development for two project areas in the park.

Optional Pre-Proposal Meeting: August 13, 2026 at 10:00am via Microsoft Teams. Please email Kevin Driscoll at kevin.driscoll@milwaukeecountywi.gov for an invitation. There will also be an optional, weather dependent, site visit will occur on August 13, 2026 at 1:00pm. Attendees should meet at the corner of East Armour Ave. and South Sheridan Drive.

Proposals Due: August 26, 2026 no later than 3:00pm. Proposals should be limited to 20 pages and submitted via email to Kevin.Driscoll@milwaukeecountywi.gov and 4 hard copies sent to:
