Natural Gas Line Extension at TASMG

The work includes but is not limited to the following: new gas service to building 321, new gas service to building 322, replacement of radiant heaters, extending gas piping within building 320, retrofitting existing propane-fired equipment to be natural gas fired, sitework and gas site utilities, underground gas piping, concrete pads for new gas meters, and fencing and bollard protection.

You need to select “Add New Response” and create a Quote (which you can rename) in order to “Select” and “Accept” the boxes next to the documents. Does My Firm Need To Be Prequalified To Bid? All projects greater than $500,000 require a bidder to be currently prequalified. To find the specific prequalification requirements for a project, see page 1 of the Invitation to Bid under “Bidding Limited To”. The Invitation to Bid can be downloaded from the DAS Construction Services Bid Board on CTsource (https://portal.ct.gov/DAS/Construction-Services/BidBoard). How Do I Find the Pre-Bid Site Meeting Attendance List? The Pre-Bid Site Meeting Attendance List will be provided in an addendum to the solicitation. To find the addendums for a solicitation, go to the Military Department Bid Board (https://portal.ct.gov/MilitaryDepartment/BidBoard), scroll down and click on the appropriate solicitation, and click on the link(s) for the addendums. If there are no addendums, then the Pre-Bid Meeting has not yet taken place. How Do I Find The Bid Tab (and Bids) After The Bid Has Closed? Go to the Military Department Bid Board (https://portal.ct.gov/MilitaryDepartment/BidBoard), scroll down and click on the appropriate solicitation, and click on the “View Award Report” in the top right corner, located next to the “Print/Download solicitation summary”. The Bid Tab Sheet will be available under “Award Documents”. Individual bid documents will be available under “Vendor Attachments”. For Projects with estimated construction costs LESS than or equal to $1,000,000, all Bidders must be currently certified by the Connecticut Department of Administrative Services (DAS) as a “Small Business Enterprise” (SBE) Firm or a “Minority Business Enterprise” (MBE) Firm and must upload a copy of their Firm’s current (not expired) DAS SBE/MBE Set-Aside Certificate to the solicitation on CTsource with their other Bid Documents prior to the date and time of the Bid Opening.
