The Housing Authority of the City of Hartford (HACH) is seeking sealed bids for the following project: RFP #1206 Kent Apartments – Window Replacement & Masonry Repairs at Kent Apartments, 188 Sigourney Street, Hartford, CT 06105. Bid Opening date is January 30, 2025, at 2:00 pm at the Housing Authority of the City of Hartford, 180 John D. Wardlaw Way, Hartford, CT 06106. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. A pre-bid walk through for all bidders will be on January 13, 2025, at 10:00 am at the project site(s), 188 Sigourney Street, Hartford, CT 06105. Contract Documents, Plans, and Specifications dated January 6, 2025, as prepared by Capital Studio Architects, L.L.C. can be viewed and purchased for a non-refundable fee at Advanced Reprographics located at 50 Corporate Avenue, Plainville, CT.
