Description

The intent of this RFQ is to seek quotations from qualified contractors for the provision of services for site grading at the Youngstown townhome complex.

To ensure positive drainage the successful contractor will regrade around all nine (9) buildings onsite, including various softscape and hardscape improvements and remove the existing fencing, as outlined in the drawings and specifications.

Work under this RFQ must be completed no later than August 31, 2025.

Site visit: February 13, 2025 at 2:00 PM.
