Interlace Cultural Y Desarollo is the local sole source Mexican community non-profit organization that provides these services. The City requires these services as a critical component to the planning and execution of our Dia de los Muertos event. The event requires specific coordination to respect the Mexican culture, holiday and community that it represents.
