PIB Loan Street Improvements Project

Project Description: Sealed Bids for the PIB Loan Street Improvements Project – Contract No. 1 will be received online by the Borough of Leesport, Berks County, Pennsylvania until 10:00 am local time on September 15, 2026.
Online bids shall be submitted by way of the PennBid Program. Paper bids will not be accepted for this project. All documents and solicitation details are available online at no cost except to the successful bidder at PennBid – www.pennbid.bonfire.com
The Project generally consists of furnishing materials, performing roadway milling, overlay for approximately 32,000 SY and approximately 1,000 tons of leveling course on or along Borough owned streets.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. PA Wage Rates Apply, and Performance and Payment Security equal to 100% of the contract amount is required.
The Borough of Leesport, Owner, hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted, or portions thereof, and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received.
