Town of Canmore is planning a multi-year utility replacement project within South Canmore. This phase of the project is to construct an infiltration dry pond to be used over the duration of the project to dewater the excavations during the utility replacement. The scope involves access road construction, tree removal, excavation, construction of the dry pond complete with geotextile and 40mm washed rock according to the drawings, including a perimeter berm and fencing.
Submission Details
The Submission shall consist of two PDF documents, each respectively containing the Proponent’s Qualifications Submission and Financial Submission. The documents shall be named as follows with each Proponent substituting their own name, and using underscores ( _ ) in place of spaces:

Each of the two PDF documents shall be signed and sealed within the document and include a cover page that clearly identifies the Proponent’s name and address, the RFP name and number, and the file number and submission name, as follows:

Bid Security
Submit a 10% Bid Bond with your proposal.
The successful contractor will need to issue a 50% Labour Material Bond and a 50% Performance Bonds, per the specification.
