Bloomington Climate Action Plan, Request for Proposals

The City of Bloomington (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified individuals, firms, partnerships, and corporations having specific experience in developing a Climate Action Plan. This plan will help the City identify priority actions to reduce climate change and increase resiliency when faced with emerging climate related problems and interested in providing these consulting services to the City.
