The purpose of this Unsealed Invitation for Bid (UIFB) is to establish a term contract for one year with optional four one-year renewals for Janitorial Services to be conducted at the Richmond Plant located at 1535 High Street Richmond VA 23220. Janitorial Services will include 8,200 sq ft main facility and the 5,000 sq ft warehouse space. Services must include all daily, weekly and monthly cleaning.
