RFP for Uniform Rental/Laundry Services

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS for

UNIFORM RENTAL/LAUNDRY SERVICES

Offeror will provide rental, laundering and delivery of uniforms to the city – 9 locations. Services shall include laundering and repair of rented uniforms. The Offeror shall provide new, unused uniforms at no extra cost when the garment has reached the end of its lifespan. Offeror will furnish all materials and labor services required to provide this service as described in these specifications.

All submittals will be evaluated based on criteria explicitly covered in the RFP documents and on compliance with the request. The firm must supply all information required by the RFP. The City reserves the right to waive any informality and minor irregularities in the submittals and select the firm deemed, in the opinion of the City, to be in the best interest of the City.

Interested firms are to deliver or send submittals of their Proposal by 4:00 PM, local time, Monday January 27, 2025, to the City Clerk's office at City Hall, 717 W. Main St., Safford, AZ 85546. The project title, RFP number, and firm's name and address shall appear on the outside of the sealed submittal.
