Final Remedial Action Plan for 0 Gibbs St
The City of New Haven is seeking bids from Licensed Environmental Professionals to complete Phase III site investigation in order to prepare the final Remedial Action Plan (RAP) for the remediation of 0 Gibbs Street (the “Property”). The City plans to complete remediation of the Property in order for it to be used as a public park. The City has received a grant of $250,000 from the Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD), a portion of which will fund the scope of work described here, with the balance devoted to beginning remediation of the Property.
