Questions and Answers





The purpose of this amendment is provide answers to the additional questions received after the question period. The due date for offers is extended until September 08, 2026, at 12:00PM EST.



**Offerors must acknowledge receipt of Amendment 0001 with their offers**





Q1: Does the soundboard need to be analog or digital?



A1: Digital



Q2: If digital, how many faders are required?



A2: 24 faders



Q3: How many watts per channel on the Crown amplifiers?



A3: 650W @ 8 Ohms



Q4: How many channels per amplifier?



A4: 2



Q5: How many HDMI outputs on the HDMI Splitter?



A5: 4



Q6: The Description of Need lists an audio inserter but that is not in the requirements, please specify if an audio inserter is required.



A6: Combining the audio feed from the sound board with the video feed from the camera is a requirement



Q7: The Description of Need lists a digital camera, is the contractor to provide a camera?



A7: Yes



Q8: The Description of Need lists a HDMI switcher but that is not in the requirements, please specify if an HDMI switcher is required and if so how many inputs and outputs.



A8: It is required. The switcher needs to support a minimum of 4 input channels



Q9: The description of Need lists microphones but none are listed in the requirements, are microphones to be reused or is the contractor to quote microphones?



A9: The existing microphones will be reused



Q10: If microphones are requested to be provided, please specify how many, wired or wireless, and what type of wireless (i.e. handheld, lavalier, or head worn)



A10: Not required



Q11: If so, please specify if it needs to be a Pan-Tilt-Zoom (PTZ) camera or a professional/handheld camera?



A11: PTZ



Q12: If the customer requests a PTZ camera, do they want a control system to control the camera, HDMI switching, and audio from a wireless touch panel?



A12: The camera needs to be controlled with a handheld remote



Q13: If a control system is requested would the customer prefer to control volume from an iPad instead of a physical soundboard?



A13: Control from a physical soundboard



Q14: Is fiber distribution already in place for all rooms that the Fiber Command is to tie into?



A14: No. Fiber optic cables will need to be installed to each Samsung television.



Q15: If not please specify how many rooms and approximate distances required.



A15: All monitors will be placed in the same room. Approximate distance is 75.



Q16: Is the snake to be analog or digital?



A16: Analog



Q17: If analog, how long does the snake need to be?



A17: Approximately 25'



Q18: How is the snake to be ran? (i.e. in conduit, through basement, surface mount, through the ceiling)



A18: Surface mount



Q19: If digital, is there a CAT line already in place for use?



A19: NA



Q20: If cables need ran in the ceiling how high is the ceiling?



A20: 30'



Q21: Is it open rafters?



A21: Yes



Q22: Can we get a lift or scaffolding in to run cables or would a ladder work?



A22: It is an open vaulted ceiling approximately



Q23: Is the Fractal Audio AXE-FX III to be utilized for a guitar or as a digital signal processor?



A23: It is to be utilized for 2 guitars and a base guitar and needs to be fully configured as part of the project.



Q24: Is the contractor to provide mounts for the TVs or will those also be purchased by the customer?



A24: Mounts should be provided by contractor



Q25: How high are the TVs to be hung and on what type of wall?



A25: One wall is cinder block and the other is sheetrock.



Q26: If the contractor is to provide the TV mounts are they required to be full motion mounts?



A26: Flat mounts are fine.



Q27: Please provide a list of existing equipment that is to be reused.



A27: The only existing equipment to be reused is the 4 existing microphones.
