Description

The purpose of this solicitation is to receive responses and award a contract with a vendor to provide to Department of Military Affairs (DMA), Network Engine M4-SNE22002-0 for Building Communication (No Sub) . The engine must meet all requirements specified in Exhibit C: Specifications, Duties, and Scope of Work . This is a one-time purchase.

The purpose of this solicitation is to receive responses and award a contract with a vendor to provide one M4-SNE22002 Metasys Network Engine (No Substitute) .
NO SUBSTITUTES WILL BE CONSIDERED.

All deliveries must be FOB Destination with freight charges included in the unit price.

QUESTIONS.

Any questions and/or clarifications in regard to the solicitation shall be made in writing to Kim Gunderson, kimberly.k.gunderson@state.mn.us. If a Responder discovers any significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other deficiency in the solicitation, the Responder must immediately notify Kim Gunderson in writing of such error and request modification or clarification of the document. All questions should be submitted no later than 10:00 AM, February 10, 2025. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the questions/clarifications due date and time. Responders are not to contact anyone within any other State Agency regarding this solicitation.

THIS IS A FORMAL EVENT/SOLICITATION. Responders must submit their bids on the Supplier Portal. Non-Electronic and email responses will not be accepted. The response must be submitted no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details.

Your bid is not submitted until you select the ‘Submit Bid’ button. You will receive a

If your response does not comply with the solicitation requirements, it will be rejected. MMB will award the event to the lowest responsible bidder that meets the specifications and all terms and conditions. The State of Minnesota reserves the right to award items separately, by grouping items, or by total, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the State.
