DUKE KAHANAMOKU AQUATIC CONMPLEX, FILTRATION EQUIPMENT SERVICE CONTRACT

Project Description: Provide all tools, materials, equipment and insurance necessary to service and
maintain the filtration equipment at the Duke Kahanamoku Aquatic Complex for a period
of 1-year. All mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work shall be in accordance with
local and national codes.

Labor. Provide hours x hourly rate.

Special Instructions

A mandatory site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, March 10th @ 9:00am. All interested
parties shall meet at DKAC; 1337 Lower Campus Road, Honolulu, HI 96822. The Contractor must
be licensed in the State of Hawaii with a current Class C-49 or C-49a license.

Every two weeks, the contractor shall clear the liquid chlorine lines, fittings, and chlorine pumps of all buildup and blockages. Adjust CO2 and liquid chlorine controllers to ensure adequate levels to both pools. Repair any CO2 or chlorine leaks.
