1. Introduction
Pike County Schools (PCS) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a four (4)
year lease purchase program for approximately 450 staff laptop computers and docking
stations. The district is requesting a turnkey solution that includes hardware procurement,
lease financing, configuration, deployment services, warranty, and lifecycle support.
2. Project Scope
The selected vendor will provide:
- 450 enterprise-grade laptop devices
- 450 manufacturer-compatible docking stations
- 4-year lease financing
- Full white glove deployment services
- Warranty and accidental damage coverage for full lease term

- End-of-lease buyout options
- Refresh/upgrade options
- Return conditions
4. Hardware Requirements
Enterprise/business-class devices only. Lenovo devices are not acceptable.
Laptop Minimum Specs:
- Intel Core i5 or better
- 16GB RAM
- 512GB SSD
- Touchscreen required
- Wi-Fi 6+
- USB-C/Thunderbolt
- Windows 11 Pro
Docking Stations:
- Manufacturer-certified

- Support 3 displays (including 85" HDMI + USB touch panel)
- Power delivery
- Single-cable preferred
5. Warranty & ADP
- Full Accidental Damage Protection (drops, spills, electrical, screen)
- 4-year warranty coverage
- Depot service acceptable
- Vendors must outline turnaround time and claims process
6. Deployment & White Glove Services
- Imaging and configuration
- Hybrid domain join (on-prem AD + Azure AD)
- Software installation
- BIOS/firmware updates
- Asset tagging and engraving
- QA testing
Devices must be fully ready for use upon delivery
7. Delivery
- Central delivery
- No lift gate required
- Devices labeled per district requirements
8. Vendor Qualifications
- K-12 experience (300+ devices) with 2+ GA school references
- Lease financing capability
