This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This is a BRAND NAME Firm Fixed Price (FFP) RFQ. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award as prescribed in FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03 effective 1/17/2025.
This is a small business set aside type of solicitation and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334519 with an industry size standard of 500 and the associated Product Service Code (PSC) is 7E20.
The technical evaluation factors for this procurement are Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).
