Description
The Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) and Public Service Commission intends to contract with Brent Pederson Holdings Inc. on the basis that they are the only supplier able to provide the Advanced Personal Leadership Training services that meet GOS requirements.
The pre-identified supplier is expected to deliver Advanced Personal Leadership Training for the GOS Executive Education (EE) program. This training must incorporate the Korn Ferry Leadership Assessment style and be able to provide insight into the styles. This training session should include peer coaching, group breakouts and exercises, and participants should learn how to effectively lead others to perform within their own unique Ministry context. Combined with feedback from participants leadership assessment surveys, training should be able to explain the styles and the impact they are having on the team’s work climate. Training should also be able to:
• Analyze the Ministry context and its influence on leadership effectiveness.
• Assess the range of leadership styles being utilized and their effectiveness.
• Evaluate the impact of leadership approaches on team dynamics, engagement, and performance.
• Apply feedback from leadership surveys to identify strengths and areas for development.
• Utilize a causal model to explore leadership behaviors and their direct effect on workplace climate. Causal Model illustrates how different leadership behaviors can trigger a series of outcomes that ultimately influence team performance.
• Develop actionable strategies to enhance leadership adaptability and team performance.
The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s).
