This is a Pre-solicitation notice. This Pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal quotes. Solicitation, 36C24626Q0735, will be issued on or about July 14, 2026. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Richmond VA Medical Center, Richmond VA has a requirement for cooling tower maintenance for the Richmond VA Medical Center in Richmond, Virginia. This is a one-time buy.     Â
 This acquisition is a SDVOSB set-aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 238220 with a size standard of 1,250 Employees. All correspondence and responses shall be via e-mail to gordon.burns@v.gov. Telephone requests for information or questions will NOT be accepted.   Â
