Description
The City of Alma is seeking qualifications and proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide pre- and post-award engineering services for public infrastructure improvements and related community development projects. Services may include:
- Preliminary engineering reports
- Planning and design
- Cost estimating
- Bidding assistance
- Construction oversight
- Quality control
- Project closeout
All contracts will include Build America Buy America (BABA) documentation requirements during construction, which will be transferred to the grant recipient if funds are awarded.
