Description

The Great Lakes Acquisition Center on behalf of the Edward Hines VAMC is seeking to acquire the services of a Contractor that shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to provide the inspection, maintenance, and testing services for sixteen (16) underground storage tanks (UST) and three (3) Aboveground Storage Tanks (AST) located throughout the Edward Hines VA Hospital campus, Hines, IL. per the statement of work. This is set-aside for all small businesses, please see follow on RFQ document and respond to Justin.Lemke@va.gov by the stated time in the RFQ.
