Description

The Company is seeking to retain the services of a specialized Service Provider to carry out a complete redesign of its three (3) websites, including initial assessment (diagnosis and recommendations), design and development, as well as hosting management, technical maintenance related to updates and continuous site improvements.

The Company does not have the internal technical resources to maintain, enhance or optimize its web assets; it therefore requires the help of a partner that can assume responsibility for the websites’ lifecycle, from initial assessment to ongoing operations, including strategic assessment, information architecture, user experience design, development, launch and ongoing improvements.

The Preferred Proponent must showcase proven expertise in web development, secure hosting, digital accessibility (including compliance with the requirements of Bill C-81 and Level AA of the WCAG 2.1), and delivery of bilingual platforms. They must showcase their relevant work experience, technical proficiency and aptitude for consistently applying industry-leading practices.
