Description
The City of Atlanta will shortly undergo a Multi-Step Competitive Sealed Bid process for the
procurement of qualified HVAC Technicians to provide repair, maintenance, and
installation services for HVAC systems, boilers, cooling towers, and chillers. Interested
vendors should review their capabilities to meet the City¿s needs. The City¿s expectation is
that the selected vendor will provide reliable, 24/7 HVAC support with all labor, materials,
tools, and parts included. Vendors capable of delivering full-service HVAC work and
responding to emergencies are encouraged to participate. A Pre-solicitation Conference
will be noticed and then held to provide more details and address questions.
