RFP 1168 - Concrete Sidewalk Remove and Replace at Various Locations

You are invited to submit proposals for a construction project for removal & replacement of concrete sidewalks at various locations throughout the Town of Bloomfield for an approximate three (3) year period between the signing of a contract, and June 30, 2029. Bidders wishing to submit a proposal must submit their sealed responses to the Purchasing Manager, Town of Bloomfield, Town Hall, 2nd Floor, 800 Bloomfield Avenue, Bloomfield, CT 06002, by 1:00 PM (EST) on Thursday, August 27, 2026, at which time all bids received will be publicly opened and recorded. One Original (clearly identified as such) along with two paper copies, plus a thumb drive with a read-only copy of the response proposal shall be submitted. Submissions will not be accepted for any reason after the stated bid opening date and time. Faxed and/or e-mailed bids are not acceptable.
