Summary Details

This Request for Proposals (“the RFP”) issued by BC Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing ”) is an invitation to submit non-binding offers for the provision of Scheduled Inspections and Preventative Maintenance and Repairs of Emergency Generator Systems and Infrastructure as further described in Appendix D – Scope of Work, for various BC Housing directly managed locations in the Lower Mainland of BC.

BC Housing has two (2) equipment lists, Equipment List A and Equipment List B.
Appendix D - Scope of Work defines work included and work excluded specific to Equipment List A, and Equipment List B. Proponents must be able to service all equipment at all locations included in Equipment List A, and Equipment List B.
