Definition of the requirement
The Royal Canadian Navy (RCN) has a requirement to deliver its Ship to Shore (S2S) Program, an inquiry-based, interactive learning program that connects the RCN with classrooms across Canada. The Contractor, the Royal Canadian Geographical Society, will develop, publish and distribute RCN-themed lesson plans, a Giant Floor Map, and virtual class engagements to students.
They will also provide access to lesson materials and accompanying teaching tools, which should align with provincial or territorial curriculum requirements – whether it be for Civics and Citizenship or equivalent content embedded in Social Studies, Canadian Studies, or similar courses at a Grade 9 or 10-level across Canada.
The ACAN closing date published herein is the deadline for submission of statement of capabilities.
The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s).
