ITB 6901 Microsoft Exchange Server

Consider this addendum an integral part of the above referenced Invitation to Bid:
Bid opening date has been extended until April 9, 2026 @ 11:00 am
Item descriptions revised as per the below:
1.) 1,100/ea Microsoft Exchange Server Standard User CAL Licenses and
Software Assurance- 3-year coverage.
2.) 2/ea Microsoft Exchange Server Enterprise Editions -License and Software
Assurance 3-year coverage
All licenses are perpetual with 3-Year SA paid upfront.
Agreement should be MPSA or OpenValue, with MPSA preferred.
All other specifications/requirements remain the same. Vendor to acknowledge receipt
of this addendum by initialing and returning the addendum notice with the return
solicitation package or via e-mail if it has already been submitted. Failure to
acknowledge this addendum could be cause for rejection of your submittal. Your un-
opened response envelope can be returned to you for re-submittal upon request. Any
