The principal items of work and approximate quantities are:
Clean out and plug three (3) orphan gas wells, estimated to be 3500-4000 feet in depth, to Department specifications. Prepare and restore well sites/site. Mobilize and demobilize plugging equipment. Beginning on the Issue Date, free copies of bid documents can be obtained by going to www.BidExpress.com, PA Department of Environmental Protection. MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE is scheduled for February 18, 2026, at 10 a.m. Representatives from the Department will meet the contractors at Baseball Field #4, 236 Air Shaft Rd, Apollo, PA 15613, 40.580182, -79.620358. FAILURE TO ATTEND THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE CAUSE FOR REJECTION OF THE BID. |
