TITLE

Toner Products

OBJECTIVE

The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) has a requirement for the supply and delivery of toner products to all CRA locations across Canada on an as and when requested basis. The period of the Contract is for two (2) years from the date of contract award, with three (3), one (1) year option periods available. There is a minimum work guarantee for this contract of $60K.

CONTRACTOR SELECTION METHODOLOGY

The evaluation of proposals will be performed as follows:

Step 1 – Evaluation against Mandatory Criteria

Step 2 – Evaluation of Financial Proposals

Step 3 – Basis of Selection

A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest bid evaluation price score will be considered to be the highest ranked responsive bid.

Step 4 – Proof of Synergy (Ariba) Compliance

Step 5 – Contract Entry

The CRA reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Bids will not be accepted if emailed directly to this email address.

It is strongly recommended that the Bidder send such request to the BRU at least six (6) business days prior to the solicitation closing date and time. Once the Connect conversation has been opened, the Bidder can submit their bid though the Connect conversation.
