The Tarrant County Hospital District d/b/a JPS Health Network (the “District”) is seeking proposals from vendors capable of supplying the District with INSURANCE COVERAGE DISCOVERY SOLUTION , as set forth and specified per Section II , BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS . All Solicitation Responses must be delivered to the District by the date and time, and in the manner specified in Section I.B to be considered a Solicitation Response by the District.

The District will reject any proposal that fails to comply in all respects with the instructions set forth for responding to this Solicitation. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE , even if you are a current or prior vendor for the District. The contract awarded, if any, under and pursuant to this Solicitation shall supersede any previous contract, bid, or GPO agreement for the products or services described herein.
