Brief description: MnDOT requests proposals for A Subsurface Utility Engineering contract will provide the utilities designation for Trunk Highway (TH) 65 located in the right of way from 65 from 37th Avenue to river in the Minneapolis all in Hennepin County. Utilities will be drawn in 3d model as specified by MnDOT Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) standards. We anticipate field work starting in spring of 2025 and support through the final design work finishing in 2027. The goal of this project is to provide a utility file for the project limits and the utility coordination for the project on TH 65.
