Scope of Services
The Osceola County Board of County Commissioners (COUNTY) is seeking qualified sources to perform field quality control, verification inspection and testing services of construction materials on a Task Authorization (TA) basis used on construct buildings and facilities by the County and/or its contractors. In order for the COUNTY to consider a sources as qualified, sources to be considered must present the following:
A. An introduction and firm summary to include number of employees, office locations,
laboratory resources (both in-house and outsourced), number of annual projects, and
general information regarding the supplier’s firm.
B. Most recent 24 months of past performance on construction and materials
Inspection and testing.
C. Certifications and accreditations held recognizing the supplier’s ability to both legally
and credibly perform the work specified herein.
D. An overview demonstrating how the supplier will perform and deliver reliable results for the work specified in article III of this technical scope of work.
