The Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD) seeks a vendor to conduct an evaluation of the Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP) for up to two years. The vendor would be expected to collaborate with DYCD staff to plan and execute evaluation projects, addressing the following aims:
1) assess the implementation of SYEP, including successes and challenges with program models,
2) examine participant preferences and priorities, and 3) explore worksite experiences of the program.

Insights from this evaluation will be used to evaluate current program models, inform future program design efforts and help determine the types of resources needed to promote quality programming.
