Description
HORIBA EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE/UPGRADE SERVICES AT NVFEL

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of the Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO), Land, Enforcement, and Air Division (LEAD), Office of Air and Radiation Procurement Branch (OPB), under the authority of RFO Parts 12 and 13, is issuing a solicitation to award a sole source Hybrid (Firm Fixed-Price/Time and Material) Contract via FedConnect for Horiba Equipment Maintenance and Upgrade Services at NVFEL. This requirement will be fulfilled by Horiba (other than small business, UEI: ZMQHH8JJJUK8).

The scope of work includes remedial and annual maintenance, as well as equipment and system upgrades on Horiba proprietary equipment and software, including Horiba-supplied equipment and/or systems.

The performance period will be five years, with an estimated total value of $3.9 million.

This sole source procurement for the specified requirement is based on the application of RFO 13.101(b).
