Invitation to Bid
Cass County, Missouri is seeking bids for a Road and Bridge Department Bat Wing Mower. Sealed proposals must be received by and will be opened at 10:00am. on March 14th_, 2025. No Bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the date of opening bids.

Any explanation desired by a bidder regarding the meaning or interpretation of the bid invitation’s content must be requested in writing/e-mail. Consideration of Bids
The County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive any technicalities or irregularities therein, to negotiate further with the selected bidder, to determine in its sole discretion the lowest and best bid, and to award the bid on such basis. Any bid may be withdrawn at the request of the bidder for return of the bid packet submitted by filing a written request prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of bids or authorized postponement thereof. Any bid received after the time and date specified shall not be considered.
