The Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD) seeks a vendor to conduct an evaluation of an evaluation of the financial literacy models used in DYCD programming. The vendor would be expected to collaborate with DYCD staff to plan and execute an evaluation project addressing the following aims:
1) Catalog the different models of financial literacy programming used across DYCD program types, including RHY, SYEP, and WIOA . 2) compare the different elements of financial literacy instruction, and 3) document best practices for different populations across programs.
