ROOF REPLACEMENT AND REPAIR – WATER TREATMENT PLANT

Project Scope:

The project consists of the following work:
• Upper Roof Replacement:
Removal and replacement of approximately 2,100 square feet of existing EPDM
Ballasted Roof. Work shall include all necessary underlayment, flashing,
insulation, Taper system, and installation of new roofing system in accordance
with industry standards. Current/Existing roof has several scupper drains, two
curbs and one 4in pipe penetration.
• Lower Roof Repair and Sealing:
Repair of the existing lower roof, including patching, sealing, and application of
appropriate waterproofing materials to ensure integrity and longevity of the
structure.

Contractor Responsibilities:
• Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete
the project.
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
• Maintain a safe work environment and minimize disruption to facility operations.
• Provide proof of insurance and any required licensing.

Bid Submission Requirements:
Sealed bids must include:
Requesting Bid on replacing existing with Poly-ISO Tapered System and Fully adhered fleeceback TPO.
Or replacement of existing with similar.

• Detailed cost breakdown
• Estimated project timeline
• Proof of insurance
