Sealed bids for the Janitorial Services for North Charleston Senior Centers will be received by the City of North Charleston Procurement Department until 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, June 16, 2026 , at North Charleston City Hall, 3 rd Floor, Purchasing Department, 2500 City Hall Lane, North Charleston, SC 29406. This solicitation is a Best Value Bid . Best value bidding is a hybrid form of the invitation for bids which allows factors other than price to be considered in the determination of award for specific goods or services, based on pre-determined criteria identified below. Only the names of participating vendors will be released at bid opening

There will be a Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and walk through held at 11:30 A.M. June 01, 2026, at the North Charleston Senior Center at Carner Avenue, located at 2900 Carner Ave, North Charleston, SC 29405 . All interested bidders will sign in for a short meeting before embarking on a short tour of the premises to view the areas covered under the scope of work.

If you are unable to attend the Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid held at 11:30 A.M. June 1, 20 26 at the North Charleston Senior Center at Carner Avenue , or you want to see the other buildings included, you may walk through one of the Senior Centers on the dates of June 1- June 3, 2026 between the hours of 8AM-3PM. You will not be permitted to see the building unless you come on the specified dates and time.

The City reserves the right to reject all bids, to waive any technicalities or informalities, and to be the sole judge of the suitability of the firm to provide the required services.
