The Town of Plainfield invites requests for proposals from qualified vendors to provide a bid for the installation of a functional audio-visual broadcast system at Plainfield Town Hall in the Auditorium. The proposed system will be used for town meetings, public broadcasts, and hybrid sessions, providing audio reinforcement and video capture. While future upgrades may expand the system to support BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) functionality, this initial phase focuses on maximizing the potential of the equipment currently available and already procured by the Town. Mandatory Site Visit: A mandatory site visit will be held on Wednesday, June 11th at 11 AM at Plainfield Town Hall, 8 Community Avenue, Plainfield, CT 06374. Only proposers who attend this mandatory site visit will be eligible to submit a proposal.
