The City of Charlottesville is requesting bids for RFQ 26-15 for MCINTIRE HISTORIC BUILDING EXTERIOR MAINTENANCE improvements include sealants, paint and rehab of windows, rails and steps/porch joints. The cornice, balustrade and parapet shall be prepped and painted.
While not on a historic register, the building is significant and previous work performed has been per the National Parks Service Standards for careful and high-quality repair procedures.
