EMS/911 Design Build Project

Sealed Bids for the construction of the EMS/911 Design Build Project will be received, by Berrien County Board of Commissioners, at 201 N Davis Street, Nashville, GA 31639, until 11:00 AM, Wednesday, December 3rd, 2025, local time, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days. The work to be done shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to construct the proposed EMS/911 Design Build Project as shown in the Appendix of Bidding Documents. In general, construction consists of the construction of a 50'x100' metal building with finished interior as specified in the appendix of Bidding Documents and all associated measures for the complete project. Time allotted for completion of work is 210 consecutive calendar days to substantial completion. Work shall be complete and ready for contract close-out with 224 consecutive calendar days. All work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications. The work will be awarded in one (1) Contract. Copies of Bidding Documents for bidding purposes can be obtained from Watkins & Associates, L.L.C., 1606 Whiddon Mill Road, Tifton, Georgia 31793, Phone: (229) 388-8823, (Office of the Engineer) upon payment of $150.00 for each set (non-refundable). Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Berrien County Board of Commissioners, located at 201 N Davis Street, Nashville, GA 31639 or at Watkins & Associates, LLC on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8 A.M. and 5 P.M. Upon request and receipt of the document payment indicated above, Watkins & Associates, LLC will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted will be considered the prospective Bidder¿s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Engineer.
