Project Description: The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Provo River Water Use Association / Bowen Collins and Associates.
Questions: Questions regarding project scope and schedule shall be directed in writing to the Engineer via email at regbert@bowencollins.co, by September 7, 2026, 4:00 p.m. local time.
Submission: Statements of Qualifications shall be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m. on September 8, 2026. Statements of Qualifications shall be submitted to the PRWUA with the company name and address. Statements of Qualifications must be submitted via email by uploading a single PDF document to the project manager at the following contact: Provo River Water Users Association Contact: Polo Su’a-Filo – Project Manager Email: sfs@prwua.org.
