Sale of Surplus Property (Used Vehicle)

The City of Butler is offering for sale one surplus, used vehicle - a 2015 Chevrolet
Silverado, VIN#CUKPEC1FG346232.

The successful bidder(s) must provide payment and assume ownership within 30 days
following notification.

The vehicle is offered for sale in "as is" condition with no warrantee or guarantee, and all
sales will be final. All proposals must be submitted on this form in a sealed envelope,
and they must be received by the Office of the City Clerk, 140 W. North Street, Butler,
PA 16001-5298 not later than 2:00 PM on May 25, 2026. Please mark envelopes
"Used Vehicle Sale-2015 CHEVY." The City Council of the City of Butler reserves the
tight to reject any or all proposals and to waive irregularities in the bidding process if
deemed in its best interests. Bids will be opened in the Office of the City Clerk on May
25, 2026.
