Request for Proposals (RFP) Payroll, Human Resources, Time and Attendance Services

The Town of Milton is seeking sealed bids from a professional vendor to deliver a fully integrated, web-based system to manage payroll and Human Resource functions. Competitive sealed proposals are invited in accordance with the provisions of MGL Chapter c. 30B.

Sealed technical qualifications and sealed price proposals must be received at the Select Board/Town Administrator’s Office, Milton Town Hall, 2nd Floor, 525 Canton Avenue, Milton, MA 02186 on or before Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., at which time they will be opened in accordance with MGL Chapter 30B. Procedures under this request require separate submission of technical qualifications and price proposals.
