| 96149 | Legal Services, Attorneys | KRS Chapter 313 creates the Kentucky Board of Dentistry and charges the Board with regulating the profession of dentistry as well as protecting the public in matters related to dentistry. As part of protecting the public, the Board investigates public complaints against dentists, dental hygienists, dental laboratories, and dental laboratory technicians and further proceeds to take appropriate disciplinary action against licensees as necessary. Some disciplinary actions by the Board are conducted in the form of an administrative hearing in accordance with the provisions of KRS Chapter 13B. The Attorney will work to set, mediate and litigate disciplinary actions in accordance with KRS Chapter 13. |
